- Room was of decent size, very clean, and very comfortable - Water pressure and water temperature of the shower was excellent. Shower head was also sensibly angled inwards so the dry area remains dry. - Availability of drinking water dispenser in the corridor - Excellent location - Courteous and honest staff who reached out to inform after we checked out that an item was left behind

The hotel is modern and clean, lift to all floors. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Staff were very helpful but have google translate ready! Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. They arranged a brilliant massage which was done in the room.

The hotel very near to the Pentacity Mall and e-walk Mall. Good breakfast, we can a la carte lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant at the lobby. Overall very good n will come again and stay at this hotel.

. Across from the great amll with many inexpensive dinner options. Traditional Indonesian breakfast was very yummy. Many hotel guests were young mine workers on their days off. They were all excedingly clean, polite and quiet. We saw no other foreigners while staying for 4 nights. The hotel staff was very helpful with limited english, but always better than my Indonesian. We would ckoose this again.

The hotel is just a few steps to Pentacity and Ewalk mall. Near to BSB beach. The staffs are all very friendly and attentive. Definitely will stay there again.

Perfect location. Close to the beach, shopping centre, airport and other public places. The price was reasonable. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned properly.
